Each Lindstrand basket has an internal stainless steel superstructure to assure your basket will retain its shape for many years.
Our nylon upright poles are single diameter top-to-bottom greatly reducing any chance of breakage and minimizing ”sway” when the burner is in the up position.
All our hardwood basket skids are nylon surfaced for added durability, and to ease loading the basket on-and-off your chase vehicle.
You will find plenty of handles inside and outside the basket made of easy-to-grip, large diameter rope.
The Ascot Basket
Our ASCOT basket starts with a swept-top or flat-top bolster option, added to your choice of a solid marine plywood floor or all wovenfloor basket construction; both include a comfortable cushionfloor as standard.
Our wovenfloor basket design was a Lindstrand innovation with a stainless steel top frame and an added interior plywood floor to give a flat surface for you and your passengers (as well as your fuel cylinders) to stand on, yet engineered to remain flexible for shock absorption on landing.
Your creativity doesn’t need to end with your envelope design, the standard Lindstrand Ascot Basket offers you many choices.
When designing your basket, choose between leather or suede trim in a variety of colors. Colored ropes to use for your handles or decoration are standard. Multiple decorative weave patterns, in a wide spectrum of colors are an available option.
Other unique options available in the Ascot range are stainless-steel footsteps, easy-access doors, safari skids, hi-sides, and clearview floors.
Once you’ve finished designing the exterior of your basket, you can coordinate the interior accessories such as tank jackets and your document display case. We offer a wide range of cordura colors and trim for you to create your individual style.

The Tour Basket
The standard basket with our E-Series models is the Lindstrand TOUR. This basket is a flat-top design in sizes 42x50 and 42x58. Utilizing our stainless frame construction, the basket is finished with heavy latigo scuff leather and cordura top bolster and upright covers.
