Our 24 gore (42-180,000 cubic ft.) and 28 gore (210-330,000 cubic ft.) A-Series balloons offer wide range of design possibilities. Our horizontal-cut envelopes provide the perfect platform for graphics and text with minimum distortion and maximum visibility.
We start by using only the best quality materials available in the world. Our standard ripstop is a polyurethane coated, specially produced high strength nylon; treated to resist fading and fungal attack. Our slightly heavier Hyperlife, is a high performance fabric, is silicone-coated on both sides and known for its strength and longevity. Hyperlife is the standard material used in all parachutes.
Both of these fabrics are offered in 22 standard vibrant colors to make designing the balloon of your dreams an exciting and unique personal choice.
All Lindstrand envelopes feature a pulley-assisted parachute as standard, full nomex throat panels, handy parachute retrieval line, embroidered number tabs for easy reference, and your choice of non-metallic or stainless steel envelope cables.
Some of the optional envelope features available are rotation vents, nomex skirt or scoop, Q-vent fast deflation system, banner velcro, special color fabrics and gentex scoop liner.

Lindstrand envelopes can be used easily with your existing balloon’s lower end components. With our flight manual supplements, Aerostar, Cameron, Kubicek, Thunder & Colt and UltraMagic equipment can be installed with a simple logbook entry and you’re back in the air.
All Lindstrand Balloons are backed by a fully transferable warranty. Envelopes have a 6-years/350-hours warranty on our standard ripstop fabric, and 6-years/600-hours warranty on HyperlifeTM fabric.
